Profiles, searching, posting and applying are free. Fees apply only to paid work, and you always see them first.

When you hire
5%
platform fee on each payment (minimum JMD 200), shown as its own line before you confirm.
When you earn
10%
of the agreed price, deducted only when work is approved. Your dashboard shows every deduction.
Everything else
Free
Profiles, search, messages, posting opportunities, applications and switching between hiring and earning.
Business pays

Person receives

after JMD 1,500 commission
